For the 3rd Webkinz Day there are some special events going on at Webkinz Retailers. For more information, click this link: http://www.webkinz.com/webkinz_day_2008.html . There will be contests and prizes. Not all Webkinz retailers will be participating, so check to see if your local store is. Also, make sure you log onto Webkinz on Webkinz Day, because there will probably be a gift that you get for logging on, like there was in previous years.

April Fools!
ClubPenguin is having an April Fools party right now. There is a propeller cap in the ski village and swirly glasses in the cove! It’s awesome! Here are some pics:

To get the pin, do the connect-the-dots in the mine, and when you finish the crayon pin will appear in the trough on the side of the mine. Happy April Fools!

According to some people who have commented on our blog, the picture of the whimsy dragon that was posted on our blog (found by a girl named Amy who gave it to us) is a fake made by paint some time ago. I don’t know if it’s real or fake, so just wait, Webkinz will eventually tell us all.
Easter Eggin’
The locations of all the Easter Eggs are posted below. Sorry for the inconvenience of not having pictures.
1.In the lantern in the mine cave.
2.On the post on the dock. It’s under a pile of snow.
3.In a cage in the pet shop.
4.In the book room, on top of the shelf. It looks like a cactus.
5.In the gift shop on a poster.
6.It looks like a lantern outside of the Stage.
7.In the Lodge Attic, mouse over the cardboard box and it will pop out.
8.In the dojo, it appears about every five seconds, but quickly disapears.
The prize is Green Bunny Ears. If you see anyone with blue bunny ears, they were on last year. I have those. So if you don’t have the blue bunny ears,don’t try to find them, just wear your green ones with pride.

There’s lot’s of new stuff going on in Webkinz. First, the last of the items from the pretty in pink theme have arrived. Second, there will be a gift for everyone who visits on March 23. Third, there are easter eggs floating around Webkinz like the snowflakes at easterfest. here’s the news article:
Also, there is a new game based on bonanza. It ia called tropical troubles. Personally, i don’t think it’s as good as the first one. Here’s the newspaper ad for it.
Webkinz Spring Party
There is some kind of spring party on Webkinz. Other than the fact that it is on March 23, I do not have any details. I will post any new information as it arrives. Here are the ads:
Saint Patrick’s Day Party
There is a Saint Patrick’s day party on Clubpenguin! Unfortunately, there is only one free item. It is a gigantic top hat. It is in the ski village:
Also, there is a new pin in the boiler room. It is the book pin. At first, it is stuck in a drawer in the newspaper cabinet, but when you mouse over it, it falls to the floor. I edited the image so that you can see it in both places at once, but it isn’t like that in the real game.

There are new items being added to the Kinzstyle Shop! They are the: Chalk Flower Top, Smocked Sundress, Big It Up Hat, Swimming Trunks, Wildflower Swimsuit, Smart Sweater Vest, Turquoise Blouse, Blue Football Jersey, Stone Wash Jeans, Brown Cords, Star Fly Pants, Tuxedo, Warm Up Set, Candy Capri Set, Webkinz Hoody, Cherry Tank, Cupcake Tee with Skirt, Lilac Sparkle Party Dress, Cheerleader, Basketball Outfit, Gathered Top & Pants, Kaleidoscope Skirt Set, Pink Poodle PJ Set, and Wedding Dress. Remember, it says on the Webkinz site that Webkinz can’t get married, even if they have the dress or tux.
Also, the purpose of the special wish tokens has been identified. Some of them give you two tokens when you deposit them:
